Wir freuen uns riesig, auch in diesem Jahr wieder Teil der Arburg Technologietage<\/a> zu sein \u2013 dem Branchenevent f\u00fcr Spritzguss, Technologie und zukunftsf\u00e4hige Materialien! Nach dem gro\u00dfartigen Erfolg im vergangenen Jahr, als wir gemeinsam mit Toolcraft<\/a> und einem 3D-gedruckten Werkzeug unser nachhaltiges Material GC green 3082 MIF T13 SL<\/a> live auf der ALLROUNDER 270 C GOLDEN EDITION mit MULTILIFT SELECT 6 von Arburg<\/a> pr\u00e4sentieren durften, setzen wir 2025 noch einen drauf!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This year, we will once again be demonstrating what future-proof injection moulding solutions look like. Our setup is tried and tested: 3D-printed mould from Toolcraft, our certified home-compostable biocompound solution GC green 3082 MIF T13 SL and the high-performance ALLROUNDER machine from Arburg. Sustainability and performance are not mutually exclusive; they complement each other perfectly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Doch damit nicht genug: In einer zweiten Anwendung pr\u00e4sentieren wir zusammen mit Adoma<\/a>, die ein spezielles Werkzeug f\u00fcr eine Pommesschale entwickelt haben, ein weiteres Highlight unserer GC green Materialfamilie: GC green 71 MI T30<\/a>. Dieses Material ist lebensmittelgeeignet, sp\u00fclmaschinenfest und \u00fcberzeugt durch seine hohe Stabilit\u00e4t \u2013 perfekt geeignet f\u00fcr den Einsatz in der Gastronomie und f\u00fcr Mehrweg-L\u00f6sungen. Gleichzeitig ist es auch noch biologisch abbaubar, wodurch dieses Material ein absoluter Multitasker ist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf einer ALLROUNDER 470 C GOLDEN EDITION MIT MULTILIFT SELECT 6 UND „COBOT“ von Arburg<\/a>. Ganz spannend ist an dieser Stelle die Roboterentnahme mit 3D Kamera. Diese Kamera scannt das Band und erkennt das Produkt, egal wie es liegt. Diese Informationen werden dann an den Roboter weitergegeben, der dann wei\u00df, wie er die Schale greifen und ablegen muss.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
