The material is part of our GC green range and contains an impressive 30% fibre content - derived from sunflower seed hulls, an industrial by-product. One of the biggest advantages of GC green 3071 MI T6 is its low processing temperature. Whereas conventional plastics often need to be processed at temperatures of around 220\u00b0C, this material can be processed at around 180\u00b0C. This not only saves energy, but also extends the service life of moulds and machines - a real plus for resource-conserving production processes.<\/p>

You also get short cooling times thanks to the high fibre content. This means faster cycle times and a more economical manufacturing process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This material is perfect for products with thicker walls, like urns, and plant pots (it can last up to 6 months outdoors). It's also great for packaging and outer packaging. When we're talking about plastics processing, sink marks are basically when you get little dents or indentations on the surface of a component.
