In our quest for sustainable, environmentally friendly materials, efficiency is key - even more so when it comes to biodegradability and industrial requirements. A customer in the manufacturing industry was experiencing difficulties in getting our material GC green 71 MI T30 to run optimally on their machines. GC green 71 MI T30 is not only biodegradable, but also dishwasher safe and meets the highest requirements for stability and processing quality. To meet this challenge, we organised a joint meeting at Arburg, a leading partner in the field of mechanical engineering and innovative injection moulding technology.

Thanks to the close cooperation and expertise of Arburg and our technical manager André Möllers, we were able to achieve sensational results together. By optimising cycle times and fine-tuning the machine run, we were able to significantly reduce production time. This equates to an increase in efficiency of over 30% and demonstrates the potential of GC green 71 MI T30which impresses with its outstanding processing properties.
