The food industry

is the main customer for sunflower seeds. These are mainly needed for oil and bread production.

The shell remains,

because the seeds are making their way into the food industry. Until now, there have been hardly any possible applications for the shells.

Golden Compound has the solution

We have found a way to grind the shells and use them as sustainable, long-lasting GC pro materials into conventional, as well as as biodegradable GC green Materialien in Biokunststoffe einzuarbeiten.

Our bioplastics have been optimized for injection molding. However, we also already offer extrusion and blow molding grades. Just ask us about it.
