GC pro 3545 BO - Less plastic, more efficiency
GC pro 3545 BO has a particularly high fibre content of 35%, which means 35% less plastic in the product. Replacing polymer with natural fibres not only saves crude oil, but also significantly improves resource efficiency. At the same time, the technical performance of the material remains at a high level - a real benefit for the environment and the industry.
Strong CO2 balance - even better with recycled content
Another highlight is that the carbon footprint of the material is only 1.17 kg CO2 equivalents per kilogram of material - significantly better than that of conventional polypropylene compounds. If a post-consumer recyclate (PCR) is used as the matrix instead, this figure drops to just 0.65 kg CO2e/kg. This makes GC pro 3545 BO with PCR one of the most sustainable solutions for technical injection moulding applications.

GC pro 3545 BO is specifically designed for injection moulding. It can be used to produce both thin-walled and thick-walled parts. The material is impressive in a number of ways:
