On the road to success: Golden Compound at the Sustainable Industry Week in Cologne
This week Golden Compound is enthusiastically on the road at the Sustainable Industry Week in Cologne! You can visit us until this afternoon at stand B08, where we are showcasing our brand new pop-up stand - a modern eye-catcher that perfectly showcases our sustainable materials and products. The response has been overwhelming, with many visitors showing great interest in our innovative solutions, and the discussions are high quality and intense. It is a great opportunity for us to showcase the benefits of our GC materials and engage in dialogue with experts from around the world.
Our local team consists of Jan Fangmann, our sales manager, and André Möllers, our technical manager. Both are on hand to provide general information and answer specific technical questions. It is impressive to see how deeply rooted the understanding of sustainability has become in the industry - a sign that the urgency of sustainable alternatives such as our GC green line is becoming more and more popular.
Global interest in compostable solutions
One of the most exciting aspects of Sustainable Industry Week is the international nature of the show. Trade visitors from countries such as India, Eastern Europe and even the USA are represented, demonstrating the reach and interest in our sustainable materials. This shows once again that the demand for biodegradable solutions is no longer limited to Europe. Demand is growing from abroad, where the recycling infrastructure is often not as developed as here.
Carbon footprints and the desire for compostable materials are dominating many conversations. Our GC green material is attracting particular attention for its potential to provide a real alternative to conventional plastics. The goal is clear: to eliminate plastic waste and provide materials that decompose into biomass, carbon and water after use. This cycle, made possible by our compostable materials, helps to reduce environmental impact in the long term and shows how forward-looking sustainable materials can be.
Why biodegradability is the key to the future
Many international surveys and discussions show that biodegradable materials are increasingly in the spotlight. Especially in countries where recycling infrastructure is still limited, biodegradability is becoming a key factor in reducing plastic waste. This is the only way to ensure that plastic products do not end up in landfills or in nature. Say goodbye to microplastics. Instead, they can be broken down naturally at the end of their life cycle - a process that takes only a few months and has the least impact on the environment. It's great to see that this awareness is spreading around the world.
A successful trade fair with a look ahead to the next events to come
For us at Golden Compound, Sustainable Industry Week is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our products and materials to an international audience. The show is not only a platform for exchanging information about the latest technologies and innovations in the field of sustainability, but also a place where targeted partnerships can be forged. The high level of interest and the valuable discussions have once again confirmed that we are on the right track. Our sustainability goals and commitment to the environment drive us to continuously develop new and better materials that are both functional and environmentally friendly.
Some visitors have already asked if we will be showing our innovative solutions at other exhibitions - and the answer is a resounding yes! Our stand, which we affectionately call the 'green stage', will be at the Kuteno trade show in Bad Salzuflen in May next year. We are already looking forward to the discussions, feedback and inspiration that await us there. Each exhibition is an opportunity for us to work with other companies and interested parties to promote the vision of a more sustainable world.
Visit us in Cologne today, take a look at our products and be inspired by the wide range of applications for our GC materials! Together we are shaping the future - plastic-free, sustainable and environmentally friendly.
