KUTENO 2025 - A success for our new biopolymer GC green 71 MI T30

Our appearance at the KUTENO trade fair in Bad Salzuflen in 2025 was a complete success, and we would like to thank all the trade visitors who stopped by our stand. The centre of attention this year was our new highlight: GC green 71 MI T30 - a biodegradable material that sets standards.

GC green 71 MI T30 - Dishwasher-safe, food-safe and biodegradable

We are presenting an innovative biopolymer with GC Green 71 MI T30 that has never existed in this form before. It is:

  • Biodegradable

  • Dishwasher safe

  • Food approved

  • Recyclable (in its own cycle)

This makes it the perfect sustainable plastic solution for the household and food sectors. Best of all, the processing is impressive, too. Processors have reported cycle times up to 30% shorter in injection moulding production — a real efficiency booster!

Our visitors were consistently enthusiastic, both about the product features and the sustainable overall concept of our GC Green Line.

What happens after KUTENO 2025?

Many are now wondering: Where can we meet you next? The answer: In Germany, KUTENO 2025 was our only trade fair this year for the time being. But it will continue internationally!

We are delighted to be at the Interplas Thailand 2025 in Bangkok! There we support our joint venture partner DYNACHEM at his stand (stand no: 2F28).

Why Thailand? Our partner compounder is from the region, and we started an exciting joint venture with them last year. There is enormous potential for sustainable material solutions in Asia, and we are ready to establish new contacts and introduce our compounds to the Asian market.

The KUTENO 2025 has shown us how great the interest in biodegradable, high-performance bioplastics is. With our compounds, we offer a forward-looking solution that combines ecological responsibility and economic efficiency.

We would like to thank you for the many exciting discussions at the trade fair - and are already looking forward to the next exchange in Bangkok!

Why you should use compostable products in the living room too

"You can’t put that on the table – it’s compostable!"
We hear statements like this all the time when it comes to biodegradable products such as plant pots. But this common misunderstanding makes many people doubt bioplastics, which is completely unfair. In this article, we explain what biodegradable materials really do, why they do not "disintegrate on their own" and why they are even ideal for indoor use.

(Bio)plastics and water - an ambivalent relationship

On World Environment Day, it is worth thinking about the connection between plastics and water. Not many other materials have such a big effect on our waters – sometimes this effect is bad, but thanks to new bio-based alternatives, it is also becoming more positive.
